Rare Hungry Birds was a collabortion between Phil of IMR and Ayn Morgan of The Chestnut Tree, Downercow, and many other things. This was a mini-CDR.
From the cover: "Nearing the end of the 2008 election process, voting booth 2.1 was displayed in both public and private spaces to represent voting challenges and the disenfranchised. It included psychologically abstract audio reflecting current concerns, criticism and events which resulted from previously 'elected' leadership."
